At Belenza Sporting Goods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
- •Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- •Products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
- •Items must be in their original packaging.
- •Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for returns.
- •Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- •Contact us at ChristMimi2@yahoo.com or call (678) 939-8052 with your order number.
- •Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- •Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging with the RA number clearly marked.
- •Ship the package to the return address provided by our team.
3. Refund Process
- •Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- •Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- •Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
- •You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
4. Exchanges
- •We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors on eligible items.
- •To request an exchange, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- •Exchange shipping is free for the first exchange. Additional exchanges may incur shipping fees.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- •If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- •Please include photos of the damage and your order number.
- •We will send a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a full refund including shipping.
6. Return Shipping
- •Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
- •We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
- •For exchanges due to size/color, return shipping is free (prepaid label provided).
7. Non-Returnable Items
- •Wristbands, lanyards, and other small accessories under $10.
- •Items purchased during final clearance sales.
- •Gift cards.
- •Items not in original condition (worn, washed, altered, or missing tags).
